My goal is to revive and honor the authentic Oaxacan cuisine, prepared just as it is in the villages. In 2016, I launched a concept called "Eating Like in the Village," aimed at sharing the wisdom of local, ancient Oaxacan cooking methods using traditional wooden stoves. The success of this venture inspired me to create “The Real Oaxacan Cooking Experience” in 2017. This immersive, hands-on workshop allows you to discover the magic of Oaxacan cuisine firsthand, expanding your palate and enriching your culinary knowledge. I have a deep appreciation for learning from diverse cultures, exploring new dishes, and discovering unique flavor combinations. My love for traditional Oaxacan cooking is matched only by my enthusiasm for outdoor adventures. I am a pro swimmer, I also enjoy mountain biking, surfing, climbing, and engaging in lively conversations about food and cultures from around the world.
