🍳 Cooking Classes & Experiences

What makes Quinta Brava the best cooking experience in Oaxaca?

Quinta Brava offers an authentic, immersive, and intimate village-style cooking experience. Unlike crowded city-center schools, we bring you to a welcoming setting featuring farm-to-table ingredients harvested directly from our farm, traditional wood-fire techniques, and generational local cooks who teach you how to make ancestral moles, tatemados, and salsas from scratch using a molcajete.

How much do the cooking classes cost?

Our standard cooking class experience is $1,600.00 MXN per person. We also offer a 10% group discount for parties of 2 or more participants ($1,440 MXN per person), making it a fantastic experience for couples, families, and groups of friends.

How do I book a cooking class reservation?

To reserve your spot, simply send us your desired date, the size of your party, and any dietary notes via WhatsApp or our contact form. Because we keep our groups small to guarantee a personalized and meaningful experience, spaces are strictly limited.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate food allergies, vegetarian/vegan preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests whenever possible. Please let us know in advance when booking your class.
